The ultimate ears wonderboom consists of three buttons on the top. The first button is hidden under an LED, it is used to pair the speaker over Bluetooth. The UE logo has a button under and it is used for controlling media playback and also for pairing two Wonderboom units with each other.
This ‘Double Up’ feature allows you to double the volume level. The power button has its own LED light. The ultimate ears wonderboom also has the USB port which is hidden around the back, at the bottom, and is covered by a flap. It doesn’t have a voice prompt to tell you the status of battery; instead you get a tone which is supposed to tell you whether the battery level is high, medium, or low.
It has oversized volume controls in the front, and pressing these buttons simultaneously lets you check the battery status. The drivers support a frequency range of 80Hz – 20 kHz. The Wonderboom is water resistant and has an IP67 rating. It can be submerged in up to 1m of water for up to 30 minutes.
The Wonderboom can hold the data of up to eight paired devices and can handle two active connections simultaneously. The Ultimate Ears Wonderboom is priced at Rs. 7,995.
